Council approves flood support measures after July 1 storm

Council approved a partnership with the Canadian Red Cross to help flood-affected residents, waived building permit and encroachment fees for storm-related repairs, and expanded two financial assistance programs. The Province also announced plans to activate disaster recovery assistance for eligible flood-affected areas.
